HOW TO GET STARTED AT SLATE CROSSFIT

Step 1

Come to our Open House, every Monday night from 6:30pm-7:30pm. We’ll give you a tour, answer questions, and then you can stay for an introductory class or observe our clients going through a regular class

Step 2

Put on your sneakers and train with a coach.

Choose which ever option fits your needs and schedule the best:

Option A: Elements: For new and rusty athletes, we offer a series of three sessions that covers the major movements and lifts of CrossFit. Once you complete this series, you’ll be all set for any class. Elements are on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays. See our calendar for details.

Option B: Pro Assessment: If you’re an elite athlete adept at barbell work and/or gymnastic movements, we invite you to skip Elements and instead let us perform a personalized assessment. Our head coach will evaluate your movement, injuries, set goals for your next event, and make personalized recommendations to concentrate your progress. Contact us for more info.

Step 3

Join the Slate CrossFit crew and start making progress. We will still be right by your side.
