Come in to make up a day’s training, work on a skill, or do ROMWOD. As with our normal classes, a coach will be here to help you with your technique and structure your skill/strength training.

Wednesday Night

7:30pm is “AMFTAP”

As Many Food Trucks As Possible

Once a week, all the members and coaches close up shop an hour early and grab some food and a cold beverage. You’ll likely find us at Hellbent Brewing Company just down the street. Join us and hear more about our activities in and out of the gym!
