CrossFit is a fitness program centered around the idea that each exercise we do in the gym translates to everyday movements and a better life. In CrossFit we lift weights, we perform gymnastic movements, we run, we row, and bike. We combine all of these into structured high intensity workouts. In every movement we perform, our phenomenal coaches teach us proper technique to ensure we move our bodies safely.

We do CrossFit to improve the quality of our lives. Whether it is a Sunday afternoon bike ride, playing with your kids, or carrying groceries, being functionally fit makes life more enjoyable. CrossFit is for everybody. Everyone, from world class athletes to the elderly, benefit from being fit. Each CrossFit workout can be scaled to your individual fitness level.

Elements

THE ELEMENTS CLASS

REQUIRED IF YOU HAVE NEVER DONE CROSSFIT

The Elements Class is designed to set you up for success prior to entering our general classes. The movements we perform are unique and take some time and practice in the beginning to learn how to execute them properly. You will be educated on what CrossFit is and why we think it is a great way to get you fit. The group size is no more than 4 people, which allows for a more personal and dedicated environment with other individuals like your self. Come prepared to sweat a little; we will be throwing in a little workout every day.
