Roll a die
1 – 500m Row (One person working at a time)
2 – 400m Run followed by 20 air squats (Together)
3 – 30 OH Barbell Lunges (45/35)
4 – Give out 10 burpees to another team
5 – 50 KBS
6 – 50 Push-ups

Teams of 2 or 3
20 mins to complete as many assignments as you can.
You earn another roll by completing 1 rope climb (each person) or by 10 Wallballs (each)
Burpees are to slow the other team down and they do not count towards assignments
*Can split up KBS and Push ups between partners
