This will be a DELOAD week here at Slate CrossFit.  The weights will be lighter, and the WODs will be easier to recover from.  Please take this week to spend a few extra minutes on mobility, get an extra hour of sleep, and rest up for the beginning of a new cycle (starts next Monday, 08/03/15)
