Round 2) 12 KBS (70/53)
Round 3) 12 Wall Balls (20/14)
Round 4) 12 Ring Dips
If you finished all reps, rest 3min
Otherwise run 200m and rest the remainder of the 3min

4) 15 Ring Dips
